Your responsibilitiesJe hebt als Insurance Officer verschillende interne en externe contacten met bijvoorbeeld verzekeringsmakelaars, klanten, bestuurder, enzoverder. Je zal samen makelaars ervoor zorgen dat klanten ondersteund worden in het proces van schadeafhandeling.
Een kijkje in jouw takenpakket:
- Je beheert en evalueert de schadegevallen
- Je zorgt voor de berekening van risico's voor klanten, hiernaast verwerk je de reparatiefacturen
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van kansen, hierbij zorg je ervoor dat klanten verbonden worden met interne experts
- Je beheert de financiële afrondingen van schadedossiers
Qualifications
De kandidaat die wij met trots aan onze klant voorstellen, kan zich vinden in onderstaand profiel:
- Je bent in bezit van een A2 diploma, voorkeur gaat uit naar de richtingen financiën/administratie/verzekeringen
- Ervaring binnen de automotive is een voorkeur maar geen vereiste
- Je hebt reeds ervaring in soortgelijke functies
- Je hebt uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden en bent een goede teamspeler
- Je bent in bezit van een goede kennis Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je hebt een planmatige aanpak en je bent sterk organisatorisch
- Je hebt een open geest en bent niet afgeschrikt om initiatief te nemen
- Je bezit een goede beheersing van het MS Office pakket
