Als HR Payroll & Admin advisor focus je op een warm contact, de payroll, personeelsadministratie en rapportering. Samen met je collega’s en ons sociaal secretariaat zorg je voor een correcte loonverwerking van zo’n 350 medewerkers. Het beheren van personeelsgegevens in onze HR-tools en je kennis van sociaal- en arbeidsrecht maken jou een betrouwbare gesprekspartner binnen het team en binnen de verschillende afdelingen waar je verantwoordelijk voor bent. Je werkt in een hecht HR-team van 8 collega’s dat elke dag samen bouwt aan een warme en dynamische werkplek.Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenSamen met 2 payroll collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de volledige payroll van arbeiders, bedienden en uitzendkrachten : correcte en tijdige uitbetaling van lonen, premies, vakantiegeld en maaltijdcheques.Beheer van tijdsregistratie (ProTime) en loonverwerking (AFAS Profit), met oog voor procesverbetering.HR-administratie: personeelsdossiers, contracten, tijdskredietaanvragen, vakantierechten, ...Communicatie met interimpartners rond loonverwerking, afwezigheden en facturatie.Toepassing van sociale wetgeving en sectorale CAO’s (PC200, PC100, PC126) en opvolging van wijzigingen.Samenwerking met sociaal secretariaat en Finance voor loonjournalen en rapportering (loonkost, FTE, sociale balans, verzuim, in- en uitstroom).Ondersteuning bij het opstellen van HR-nota’s en uitbreiding van de kennisdatabank.Wie zoeken we?Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en discreet, met sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden. Als teamspeler werk je warm en respectvol samen en blijf je kalm onder deadlines. Je toont de nodige daadkracht en energie om ook complexe, niet alledaagse zaken uit te zoeken en je kan je zelfstandig bewegen in onze autonome manier van werken. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar payrollervaring, bij voorkeur met AFAS en ProTime, en beschikt over een goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving. Ervaring met financiële rapportering is een pluspunt.
