As an Account Manager, you’ll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s Maxillofacial portfolio in Belgium. Our MF solutions offer market-leading surgical instruments, implants, and systems. To our customers, we offer a comprehensive portfolio, tailored to their everyday needs helping improve patient- and hospital outcomes.

Your key responsibilities:
- Be the representative for our customers with the businesses assigned to you.
- Planning and executing business plans, implement strategies including outbuilding and solidifying your customer network and representing and implementing the full portfolio, optimizing patient outcomes.
- You are responsible for achieving your commercial goals including topline revenue targets and growing market share.
- As the point of contact to your customers, you are in charge of the commercial conversations, the follow up, and any negotiations coming out of this. Your customer network may include physicians, nursing staff, heads of department, or purchasing.
- With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train medical professionals on its use during demonstrations. You will also occasionally provide in-theater support, if needed.
- You show collaboration within the team and greater Stryker organization.
- Be a good partner to our customers ensuring a long-term relationship and optimized customer satisfaction.
- Occasionally you will participate in congresses and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
What are we looking for?
- A sales professional with a passion for the medical device industry.
- At least 4 years' experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A team player who is customer-focused.
- You hold a valid driver’s license.
- Communicative, written and spoken in French, Dutch, and English.
