You will be involved in both client delivery and internal development, contributing to AION Consulting's growth and its ambition to reshape consulting standards.What will you do?Contribute to the preparation and delivery of strategic and organisational diagnostics, ensuring high-quality analytical inputs and clear structuring of insights for clients.Conduct sector research, benchmarks, market analyses, and financial analyses to support the formulation of recommendations.Participate in structuring presentations and key deliverables intended for executive committees, boards, and senior stakeholders.Support the preparation and facilitation of client meetings, interviews, and workshops.Assist with internal development activities, including the preparation of commercial proposals, drafting offers, and supporting business development efforts.Monitor market dynamics and innovations across sectors to help strengthen AION Consulting's strategic positioning.Take part in internal initiatives such as tool development, communication efforts, and the organisation of events including the AION Forum, Demain Studio, and Leadership Lab.Support the development of strategic accounts by helping consultants maintain strong relationships with top management and other decision-makers.Actively contribute to the firm's growth strategy by supporting the creation of new service offerings and enhancing sector positioning.Your profileMaster's student specialising in strategy, economics, management, or finance, with a strong interest in strategic advisory.A first experience in consulting, finance, or a corporate environment is considered an asset (internship, academic project, extracurricular assignment).Excellent command of English, written and spoken, with proficiency in Dutch or French as an advantage.Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn from experienced consultants and executive teams.Ability to work in a decentralised environment that values autonomy, initiative, and shared decision-makingWhat you can expectYou will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team, contributing to impactful projects and driving positive change for our clients.
