Strooming zoekt een Mechanical Maintenance Manager voor een internationale speler in de chemiesector. Als Mechanical Maintenance Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het mechanisch onderhoud van onze volcontinu productie- en logistieke installaties. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles blijft draaien zoals het hoort, veilig en betrouwbaar, en dat het onderhoud efficiënt en toekomstgericht gebeurt. Je leidt een enthousiast team van interne onderhoudsspecialisten en coördineert daarnaast een groep externe medewerkers. Samen zorgen jullie voor een performante, veilige en duurzame werkomgeving, met oog voor kostenbewustzijn en milieuaspecten. Dagelijks werk je nauw samen met je collega's van engineering en de interne klanten van de productie- en logistieke afdelingen. Van dagelijkse storingen en herstellingen tot grotere vernieuwingsprojecten en jaarlijkse onderhoudsstop: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt. Daarnaast word je nauw betrokken bij nieuwe investeringsprojecten en geef je advies over mechanische aspecten, zodat nieuwe installaties vanaf dag één betrouwbaar, veilig en onderhoudsvriendelijk zijn. Wie zoeken we? Je hebt een diploma als industrieel ingenieur op zak, met ervaring in de chemische sector. Jouw focus lag altijd mechanisch, en weet als geen ander hoe je een onderhoudsbeleid vorm te geven. Je bent iemand analytisch, maar anderzijds ook een people manager die weet hoe anderen te motiveren. Wat kun je verwachten?
