Our client is a fast-growing services provider managing a large national real estate network and is hiring a Legal & Real Estate Contract Officer. Why apply? You will play a central role in managing and structuring a large real estate footprint, supporting business operations across Belgium. Your duties and responsibilities You will be the go-to person for all matters related to lease contracts, real estate administration, and landlord coordination. Your responsibilities include: Managing and monitoring a large portfolio of rented locations across Belgium. Ensuring proper execution, signature, and archiving of all lease agreements and associated legal documents. Keeping all contract data up-to-date in the internal database and ensuring documentation quality. Acting as the primary contact point for landlords, handling questions via phone and email. Coordinating the administrative workflow related to new sites, agreements, renewals and terminations. Supporting senior management with contractual and real estate processes. Maintaining a high level of accuracy, organisation and administrative rigor. Ideal profile? Experience: 3+ years in legal administration, lease management, real estate operations or contract management. Bachelor's in law/economics appreciated. Languages: Dutch & French required; good command of English for internal communication. Qualifications: Strong administrative precision, excellent communication, ability to manage several legal/real estate topics simultaneously. The offer A stable, impactful in-house role in a growing organisation with national exposure. Hybrid work model with offices located near Brussels North. Competitive salary: €55.000 – €75.000 gross/year depending on experience. Benefits: meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, group & health insurance, flexible working, and a strong homeworking policy. Full-time position (80% possible).
