Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic vision.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable insights for the architectural team, ensuring proposals exceed expectations.
  • Oversee the client experience throughout the project lifecycle, from initial engagement to delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including architects and designers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales / business development, preferably in office or retail architecture, design, or construction.
  • Established network within the industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive clients.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
