Faced with growing demand and recurring assignments in Operations field based in Belgium, we are looking for Maintenance Director profiles keen to explore new professional opportunities with strong lean management skills and solid process knowledge, managing at least 50 employees in organizations with annual turnover above €100M This communication is not linked to a specific client assignment at this stage, but aims to identify managers interested in future discussions and opportunities.🎯 If you're available and want to take up these challengesIf so, don't waste any time in seizing this great opportunity by sending your CV and covering letter to contact@fitin-network.com with reference 25.123Ready, set, apply☑️ TasksLeadership & Team ManagementLead and manage a maintenance organization of 50–100 employees including technicians, engineers, and supervisors.Develop team capabilities by implementing coaching programs, and ensure succession planning.Oversee subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and contractual compliance.Maintenance Strategy & Operational ExcellenceDefine and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies aligned with production goals.Optimize budgets, resources, and spare parts management.Drive lean management initiatives including 5S, TPM, continuous improvement, and KPI tracking (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).Support capital projects ensuring maintainability and reliability of new equipments.Process Expertise & Performance MonitoringApply strong process knowledge to troubleshoot, improve reliability, and reduce downtime.Ensure compliance with HSE standards and industrial best practices.Implement and leverage ERP/TMS systems for maintenance planning, monitoring, and reporting.Track, report and act on maintenance KPIs driving accountability and operational excellence.☑️ Your key skills & profile Profile Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanics or other technical expertise10+ years of experience in process industries with continuous activitiesProven experience managing at least 50 employees in organizations with annual turnover above €100M.Solid experience implementing lean management principles and driving operational excellence programs.Experience with ERP and TMS Systems. IBM Maximo/SAP PM is a plusEnglish language, spoken and written.
