Furthermore, you will contribute together to an organisation that thrives with real purpose.Core responsibilities as the Finance & Operations ManagerOversight of externalized accounting, budget preparation and monitoring, credit control, cash flow managementAutomating processes like invoicing, building systems that scale, IT-related improvementsProfitability analysis, WIP and support partnership decisionsCoordinating all internal and external support services (financial, facility management, administrative staff)Recruitment assistance, annual evaluations, training coordinationMarketing and business development supportTracking firm strategy and integrating it into the business planClient relations and ad hoc projects where relevantYou will construct and own the operational and financial management function. You will report primarily to the partners but work cross-functionally.
