Are you a Medical Representative willing to go the extra mile for our client in the pharma industry?

We are looking for medical representatives in following regions:


#Gent - #Waasland

#Aalst - #Dendermonde

#Kempen

#Mechelen



Your role:

The Medical Representative manages an assigned territory and will promote our portfolio by visiting and building relationships with HCPs, analyse the business, create and execute appropriate strategy to reach sales goals and share insights from the market.


The hybrid Medical representative also engages with pharmacist by promoting the portfolio of our client and supports sales actions. The hybrid Medical representative is an ambassador acting as medical partner to HCPs (GP’s, Specialists and pharmacists) and takes the lead in organising different educational and scientific events.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Promote our portfolio by visiting and building relationships with general practitioners and specialists
  • Analyze the business to build and execute a strategy and action plans to meet sales goals for assigned territory
  • Drive territory sales performance, market share, sales force effectiveness
  • Acting upon needs of customer within range of service possibilities
  • Develop effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results across a range of therapeutic areas.
  • Differentiate our brand as a leader in generic medicines by visiting GPs, specialists, and pharmacists
  • Understand and highlight trends, share field/market insights with management
  • Participate in educational and scientific events towards HCPs


What do you have?

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business or related field

3 to 5 years of sales experience in (pharmaceutical industry)

Experience in using digital platforms

Fluent in Dutch and English
