Production Engineering entails serving as the primary technical point of contact within a production department, focusing on ensuring efficient and compliant manufacturing operations.Key service area's:Identifying, analyzing, and eliminating bottlenecks and efficiency lossesAssisting and coordinating activities related to technical breakdowns, carrying out and documenting root cause investigations in the event of quality deviations, and implementing minor and major changes to existing equipment within set deadlinesProvide daily technical support for processes, potentially including specific formulation processes like Covid vaccine productionTechnical expert for production equipment and offer qualitative solutions to issues in close cooperation with production operators and supervisorsDepending on the project, services may extend to supporting the start-up of new production lines and related operational troubleshooting, as well as providing support for validation activitiesQualifications:Master's degree in relevant engineering fields such as industrial, civil, or bio-engineering, or an (industrial) pharmacist degree, or equivalent experiencePerfect command of both Dutch and EnglishInclude strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a structured, accurate, and independently organized approach to workExperience in a GMP environment is crucial, along with a strong technical writing ability and interest in technologyThe junior service level outlines the delivery of foundational services within a well-structured frameworkCompletion of clearly defined tasks, adherence to established procedures, and support for routine operationsSuccessful completion of this service level is measured by the timely and correct execution of tasks, alignment with operational standards, and reliable support for team activitiesAsset Scheduler: Short term "stress", Analytical, Problem-solving, Ownership, EngagementThere is a new planningstool.
