At WeLoveIT, you are encouraged to be yourself, take initiative and actively shape your career.Your role as a Functional AnalystAs a Functional Analyst, you act as the crucial link between business and IT. You translate business needs into clear functional specifications for developers and testers. Throughout the project lifecycle, you support the development team and, in some cases, take ownership of acceptance testing.In short: you ensure that business requirements are seamlessly translated into high-quality, practical IT solutions.What will you do?Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specificationsAct as a sparring partner for both business stakeholders and developersOrganize and facilitate workshops with business usersFollow up and provide functional support to the development teamTake responsibility for acceptance testing in selected projectsCreate documentation and models using tools such as UML, SQL, XML, JSONWho are you?Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, or equivalent experienceSeveral years of experience in functional analysisExperience working in Agile & Scrum environmentsHands-on knowledge of UML, SQL, XML, JSON, Jira and ConfluenceStrong communication skills in Dutch or French, and EnglishComfortable organizing and facilitating workshopsA true bridge-builder between business and ITWhat can you expect from us?Projects with leading Belgian companies and public institutionsFull involvement in choosing your projects: your job satisfaction comes firstAn attractive salary package including:Premium company car with fuel/charging card, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, laptop & phone, group and hospitalisation insurance (DKV), and moreTeam activities, fun events and a warm community where you truly feel at homeAn open culture with plenty of room for personal development and growthWorkshops, trainings and certifications to further strengthen your skills Interested?
