Voor het grootste infra project in Noord-West Europa, de Oosterweelverbinding, zoekt 4people meerdere Senior Project Planners. In deze rol draag je zorg voor een inhoudelijk én technische correcte planning van een deelgebied (uitwisselbaar met andere planners) conform contractvoorwaarden, scope eisen, planningen van ontwerp en natuurlijk uitvoeringsplanningen. Je staat volop in het midden en vaak als rechterhand van een deelgebiedmanager. Je meet de voortgang, geeft proactief advies en je kijkt met een ketenbrede blik naar zaken als inkoop, leveranciermanagement, het identificeren van risico's, etc. Deterministisch/PPI planning & Monte Carlo simulaties ken je uit je werkverleden of opleiding. Je rapporteert direct aan de projectdirectie.
Eisen
Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring binnen de bouw- of infra in een complexe planningspositie met daarbij ervaring in projectmanagement en een HBO werk- en denkniveau (minimaal). Je hebt kennis van projectmanagement gerelateerde softwareapplicaties zoals Oracle Primavera P6, MS Excel, Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, TILOS, TurboChart, MS Project, SharePoint en/of Relatics. Uiteraard informeer je proactief en geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd advies: je bent een extrovert als persoon.
Bijzonderheden
In deze rol krijg je een hele ruimte verantwoordelijkheid. Als ZZP-er (duur 2-4 jaar minimaal)kan je deze rol vervullen, maar ook vast in dienst bij 4people, waarbij arbeidsvoorwaarden boven marktconform zijn en er volop ruimte is om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je kan gelijk starten in de realisatiefase van het project. Als leuk werk voor jou uit complexiteit en veel stakeholders informeren bestaat, als je analytisch bent en van een serieuze uitdaging houdt, dan is dit een mooie stap voor jou.
