Each care moment becomes a luxurious and personal ritual.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Deluge is seeking a Marketing & Communications Officer to strengthen our brand presence and support the rollout of our marketing strategy across all channels. You'll play a key role in developing campaigns, managing communication projects, and ensuring our brand message is consistent, refined, and engaging.What do we expect from you?• You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR—ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.• You have strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that inspire and engage.• You're confident in developing and coordinating marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to execution.• You have experience managing social media, newsletters, and website content.• You understand branding and luxury positioning and know how to translate it across visuals and language.• You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.• You're fluent in Dutch, French, and English.• You have a passion for beauty, aesthetics, and storytelling.WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?As our Marketing & Communication Officer, you will:• Develop and execute Deluge's marketing and communication plans in line with brand strategy.• Coordinate and manage content creation for digital platforms, newsletters, PR, and print materials.• Plan and oversee campaigns and product launches in collaboration with the founders and creative partners.• Manage and grow our online presence, ensuring consistent tone and aesthetics.• Write and edit press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and website copy.• Support influencer and media collaborations, including outreach and follow-up.• Organize and promote events, brand activations, and partnerships.• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?• A challenging role in an inspiring environment.• The chance to help build an ambitious brand with international potential.• A competitive salary with additional benefits.• A close-knit team with a strong focus on creativity, quality and experience.• 20 vacation days + 12 ADV days.• iPhone and laptop.• Healthy lunches at the office.Ready to become part of the DELUGE story?
