About the Company We are currently partnered with a global medical technology company advancing the next generation of digital nuclear imaging systems, supporting hospitals and clinicians in delivering high-quality diagnostic services. About the Role Key responsibilities include: Provide on-site and remote technical support for medical imaging systems, including hardware, software, firmware, networking, and clinical applications Take full ownership of the customer experience, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective escalation where required Coordinate internal resources to resolve technical issues efficiently Build strong relationships with clinical and technical stakeholders and follow up to confirm resolution and satisfaction Support new system installations, upgrades, and early-phase product deployments Deliver clear status reporting to internal teams and customers Act as a technical resource and customer advocate when required Provide technical support to sales and clinical applications teams as needed Identify opportunities to improve service productivity by recommending enhancements to tools, training, and processes Qualifications Proven experience servicing and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems Minimum 2 years’ experience installing and servicing medical imaging equipment Experience with CT and/or nuclear imaging systems strongly preferred Required Skills Comfortable working with computer systems, including software installations, upgrades, and diagnostics Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills Able to work independently with a high level of accountability Flexible and available to support customer needs as required Willingness to travel, including: Up to 15% air travel Service territory typically within 300 km of a major metropolitan area Occasional overnight stays Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
