Als Automation Safety Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vakgebied Safety Automation van ontwerp tot realisatie:
Je bent lid van het project team en werkt samen aan een duurzame projectuitvoering te garanderen die aan alle regelgeving en interne stakeholdereisen voldoet. Je neemt leiding over individuele projecten waarvan de scope bijna uitsluitend zich in je vakgebied bevindt, ten einde deze efficiënt, met de gevraagde kwaliteit en binnen budget en planning te realiseren. Je staat in voor het bepalen en uitwerken van budget en planning voor de lopende investerings- en verbeteringsprojecten binnen engineering voor het deel binnen je vakgebied. Je stuurt van en overleg met anderen om de scope te realiseren (discipline engineers/designers - contractors). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen en bewaken (WBS) in detail de aard en omvang van de uit te voeren werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat de scope binnen geraamde budget blijft. Je stelt de nodige documenten op voor de ondersteuning van de projecten (technische specificaties volledig of gedeeltelijk, test procedures voor FAT/SAT opstellen PLC IO-lijsten, afloopschema, procesbeschrijving). Je voert de nodige berekeningen en testen ter controle uit. Je staat in voor een vlotte overdracht naar productie en specifiek onderhoud verzorgen. Je maakt standaards op en onderhoudt en past deze toe.Jouw profiel
Je beschikt over een bachelor procesautomatisering, ontwerp- en productietechnologie, elektromechanica, elektrotechniek, elektronica-ICT met minimaal 5 jaar significante ervaring. Of je beschikt over een master (Industrieel of Burgerlijk) met specialisatie in elektrotechniek - elektromechanica- elektronica-ICT of informatica. Je kan vlot overweg met Standaard office pakketten en E-plan. Je hebt kennis van de geldende Functional safety standards (IEC 61511; IEC62061; IEC Je hebt kennis van programeer talen voor PLC en stuursystemen (Siemens en Rockwell). Je bent vertrouwd met operating systemen, network protocols, hardware, architectuur (virtueel), topologie en instrumentatie.
