This position is in food ingredients and bioindustrial business, where our client anticipates trends around taste, nutrition and safety to innovate and provide solutions to manufacturers, retailers and food service companies.

• Responsible for all internal and external operational and regulatory procedures for employee, food and feed safety, including strategic and tactical implementation in accordance with the operating environment, health and safety and food safety, quality and regulatory functions and government regulations.
• Determines and implements operational priorities for a complex packaging plant.
• Leads strategic and tactical operations and quality management to ensure customer, product and quality standard requirements are met within specifications.
• Leads, directs and controls capital and operating budgets for a complex packaging plant to achieve mediumterm financial performance goals established by the company.
• Ensures and holds direct employees accountable for meeting and controlling operational costs and established goals.

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in a managerial position in operations.
• Knowledge of packaging processes or materials.

• An annual salary of 65, ,000 EUR, depending on your experience
