Als Head of ESG Strategy, Projects & Communicatie neem je deel aan de ontwikkeling van strategische ESG assen, namelijk het definiëren van de doelstellingen, de transformatieprojecten en de communicatie van deze initiatieven. Door jouw werk draag je bij aan de uitvoering van de Belfius-strategie door belangrijke duurzaamheidskwesties te integreren in lijn met "Meaningful and Inspiring for the Belgian Society. Together."

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorstellen en coördineren van de ESG-strategische pijlers, en je inspireert en sensibiliseert hierbij eveneens de belanghebbenden omtrent de milieu en sociale kwesties.

Hiervoor volg je ESG-trends op, vertaal je de strategie naar KPI's, definieer en beheer je de projecten, inspireer en coordineer je een netwerk/team en ontwikkel je een ESG-expertise en communicatie.

Je team bestaat uit ESG-experts en je rol in dit team is om hen te begeleiden in hun werk, hen te motiveren om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken en zich blijvend te ontwikkelen.

Je doet ook een beroep op externe experts wanneer dat nodig is. Je zorgt voor coördinatie met andere afdelingen van het bedrijf om een consistente en transversale aanpak te garanderen.

Een typische werkdag bestaat uit het definiëren van prioriteiten met het team, het evalueren van de voortgang van lopende projecten, het organiseren van vergaderingen met stakeholders, het voorbereiden van presentaties voor het management, het communiceren van ESG-initiatieven, het bijhouden van de laatste ESG-trends en nieuws.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

- Je een masterdiploma en relevante werkervaring hebt.
- Je expertise hebt op het gebied van ESG en/of strategie.
- Je vaardigheden hebt op het gebied van communicatie, cross-functioneel teammanagement en projectmanagement.
- Je bekwaam bent in het managen van veranderingen in een complexe omgeving.

Je scoort nog meer punten als:

- Je tweetalig bent (Nederlands/Frans).
- Je over sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden beschikt.
- Je ervaring hebt in het implementeren van strategieën.
