Parkwind is also constructing the 257MW Arcadis Ost 1 project in Germany which expected to reach full operation in 2024.

In light of its further international business expansion, Parkwind is looking to enlarge its Accounting and Tax team with a Accountant.


Our Accounting and Tax Department


Our Accounting and Tax department plays a crucial role in managing financial operations for multiple companies, both within Belgium and abroad.


Here are the key responsibilities we handle:

1. Day-to-Day Accounting:

  • We meticulously record and manage financial transactions for all the companies under our purview.
  • Our team ensures accurate bookkeeping (leading ledger IFRS), financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.

Group Consolidation:

  • As part of our global operations, we consolidate financial data from all subsidiaries.
  • This consolidated information is essential for reporting to our headquarters in Japan.

Tax Compliance:

  • We handle all taxrelated matters, including filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws, and optimizing tax strategies.
  • Our expertise covers income tax, corporate tax, and valueadded tax (VAT).

Your Role:

  • Manage all aspects of some company's financial transactions and records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.
  • Conduct monthly closings and reconciliations of financial accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
  • Prepare and assist the yearly and interim audits.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance.

Your profile:

  • You have at least a Bachelor Accountancy-Taxation
  • Proven experience as an accountant with comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
