Projectmanager Continuous Improvement

Je identificeert verbeteropportuniteiten en begeleidt de goedgekeurde projecten in verschillende fases waarbij je de voortgang, het budget en de kwaliteit van het project continu monitort. De projecten zijn vaak afdeling overstijgend, waardoor je contact hebt met veel verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie.
- Je staat in voor het in kaart brengen, analyseren en optimaliseren van de huidige bedrijfsprocessen & procedures (vnl focus op Operations & Supply Chain)
- Je gaat in continue interactie en overleg met de verschillende stakeholders: productie, kwaliteit, veiligheid, technische dienst, planning en magazijn.
- Je begrijpt de processen en hieraan gekoppelde KPI's. Je detecteert problemen of identificeert verbeteropportuniteiten, en reikt vervolgens oplossingen aan.
- In overleg met de CI manager prioritiseer je de verschillende mogelijke projecten op basis van een afweging van de benefits versus de efforts.
- Je trekt een project van A tot Z, van ideefase tot impact
- en afsluitfase.
- Je bouwt zelf jouw netwerk uit en onderhoudt sterke contacten met de verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
- Je helpt enthousiast mee om de CI-cultuur verder uit te bouwen en reikt nieuwe ideeën hiervoor aan. Je zorgt voor visibiliteit binnen het bedrijf.

**Functievereisten**
- Je hebt een hogere opleiding genoten (Master) in een bedrijfseconomische richting (Operations, Supply Chain,..)
- Je hebt ervaring in het leiden van (verbeter)projecten en beschikt over de nodige leadership-skills
- Je kan strategisch denken, bent structureel sterk en houdt ervan om het grote plaatje te analyseren en te optimaliseren.
- Je bent ambitieus, enthousiast en hebt een sterke drive
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en houdt ervan om in interactie te gaan
- Je bent analytisch sterk en vlot in het gebruik van software tools.
- Je bent creatief, kan out of the box denken en hebt sterke problem solving skills
- Je voelt je comfortabel in een snel veranderende werkomgeving
- Je durft je handen uit de mouwen te steken, bent flexibel en hands-on
