**A propos d'ADEPT**:
**L'association Africa-Europe Diaspora Développent Platform (ADEPT)** est chargée d'aider au développement des organisations de la diaspora africaine basées en Europe et mettant en œuvres des projets de développement socioéconomique en Afrique.

ADEPT, la plateforme de développement de la diaspora Afrique-Europe, rassemble des organisations et des individus de la diaspora africaine basés en Europe qui mettent en œuvre des projets de développement en Afrique ainsi que des actions liées à la diversité et à l'intégration en Europe.

ADEPT est forte de 45 membres et dispose d'un réseau de plusieurs centaines d'organisations et d'individus.

Dirigée par une direction composée de membres de la diaspora africaine, ADEPT aide les organisations de développement de la diaspora africaine à:

- Optimiser leur engagement en faveur du développement en Afrique
- Professionnaliser leurs organisations et leurs activités
- Créer des partenariats efficaces en Europe et en Afrique
- Elargir et améliorer leurs activités de développement en Afrique
- Influencer la politique et la pratique de la coopération au développement.

Au sein de la cellule communication vous participerez, en collaboration avec la responsable de la communication, au développement de la notoriété et de la visibilité de l'organisation sur les réseaux sociaux et au support des actions en direction des membres.

**Votre Mission**:
**Nous recherchons un stagiaire en plaidoyer bi/trilingue (Français/Anglais) enthousiaste et motivé, axé sur l'Europe et Afrique, pour rejoindre notre platform primée pour un stage tripartite (Association-stagiaire-Université) commençant au plus vite.**

Quelles seront vos missions ?
- Jouer un rôle proactif dans le suivi des politiques, la collecte de renseignements et l'analyse de la documentation et des propositions législatives liées à l'agenda actuel de la politique de Migration et développement entre l'UE et l'Afrique ;
- Rechercher et appuyez la rédaction des mises à jour régulières des politiques pour les membres ;
- Appuyez la préparation des documents d'information, des prises de position et des présentations pour les parties prenantes, les régulateurs et les organisations membres ;
- Appuyez la promotion et la représentation d'ADEPT auprès des institutions européennes ;
- Soutien à la coordination et à la cartographie des activités de plaidoyer ;
- Organiser des activités de sensibilisation et des événements politiques ;
- Appui à l'organisation des événements et assister à des conférences organisées par les institutions de l'UE et à d'autres événements pertinents.
- Fournir un soutien à la prise de notes, la préparation de mémoires et de documents d'information et la mise à jour des bases de données et du calendrier des événements.

Votre Profil:

- Vous parlez couramment le français avec une connaissance de l'anglais ou inversement
- Vous avez de bonnes qualités d'expression orale et écrite et votre orthographe est irréprochable.
- Vous terminez vos études en affaires publiques et devez faire un stage pour terminer votre master.
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de planification. Vous êtes capable de travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément, en gérant des demandes et des délais concurrents.
- Vous avez une bonne culture générale et de l'intérêt pour les diasporas africaines, les dynamiques Afrique-Europe et la coopération au développement.

**Ce que nous vous proposons**:
Un stage de 3 mois minimum à 32h par semaine
