**Over Plan International België**
Plan International België werkt al meer dan 40 jaar aan een wereld die rechtvaardig en veilig is voor alle kinderen. Ieder kind heeft recht op onderwijs en moet de kans krijgen zich te ontwikkelen. Deze roep om rechtvaardigheid begint bij dezelfde kansen voor meisjes en jongens. Meisjes worden nog te vaak achtergesteld en gediscrimineerd, soms zelfs bedreigd en mishandeld.
Plan International België maakt deel uit van een ambitieuze internationale federatie met projecten in bijna 80 landen (waaronder België). Met onze projecten genereren we impact, via beleidsbeïnvloeding, sensibilisering en projecten met en voor kinderen en jongeren.
Plan International België is een sterk groeiende organisatie. Tijdens de laatste 5 jaar steeg ons inkomen van 23 miljoen naar 27 miljoen en groeiden we van 40 naar meer dan 65 zeer gedreven collega's.
Om de straffe ambities van Plan International België nog sterker te vertalen naar een betere toekomst voor kinderen en jongeren, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en vaardige **Communication & Campaigns Coordinator**.
**Je functie**
Samen met zeven medewerkers maak je deel uit van het team Marketing, Communication & Campaigns (MCC), dat instaat voor de ontwikkeling van harmonieuze en boeiende communicatie.
Je hebt een transversale rol en werkt samen met collega's van de afdelingen fondsenwerving, internationale en lokale programma's. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, coördinatie en uitvoering van interne en externe communicatie, in overleg met het team. Je staat in voor het beheer en evenwicht vanvan onze redactionele inhoud en voor onze campagnes. Deze zijn gericht op het versterken van de naamsbekendheid en reputatie van Plan International België als een NGO met expertise in meisjesrechten en gendergelijkheid, op het ontwikkelen van een gemeenschap van trouwe aanhangers, en op het bereiken van de fondsenwerving doelstellingen die onze programma's en activiteiten financieren.
