We are looking for an HR intern to join our HR team in our headquarters, Brussels.
By being part of the HR team you will experience what 360 HR is about. We are a small team but we are dynamic, efficient and we believe in our people You will also experience what working in a fast-paced and international environment is like.

Your Mission
Job posting: Collect the necessary information to open a new position and post our new jobs on our ATS, LinkedIn and other job search sites. Source Candidates: Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates for open positions. Screen Applications: Review and assess applications using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure suitability for roles. Recruitment Process Management: Organize and streamline the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience. Interviews: Observe and participate in interviews, providing valuable insights to the hiring team. HR Project Contribution: Actively contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.About you
You are genuinely interested in people and their experience in their work environment. Being enrolled in studies related to social sciences is considered a plus. You have great communication and analytical skills. You are open minded and have a forward type of thinking. You have good time management, adaptability and organizational skills. You are creative and not afraid to suggest new ideas. You are fluent in English. You are registered to a university or equivalent type of institution. Ability to adapt in an international and multicultural environment An internship agreement is provided by your universityStart date: August/September
