**Jobinhoud**:
Als functioneel applicatiearchitect binnen dit team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van op maat gemaakte softwareapplicaties. Deze applicaties zijn gericht op het uitwisselen van burgergegevens met andere overheidsdiensten. Je zorgt ervoor dat zowel externe partijen als onze interne systemen toegang hebben tot de juiste gegevens, en dit in overeenstemming met de richtlijnen van de GDPR.
**Verantwoordelijkheden **:
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor analisten, waarborgen van oplossingskwaliteit.
- Voorkomen van projectuitbreiding en coacht collega's over analysemethoden.
- Samenwerken met solution architecten, adviseren over high-level ontwerp en schat projectoplossingen.
- Stellen van gedetailleerde oplossingsrichtingen en architecturale modellen op.
- Zorgen dat deze modellen conform wetgeving en langetermijnvisie zijn.
- Verantwoordelijk voor opstellen en bijwerken van documentatie in Enterprise Architect en Confluence.
**Kwalificaties **:
- Ervaring met Oracle SQL en interesse in GDPR is een pluspunt.
- Bekendheid met tools zoals SOAP-UI, Confluence, Jira en XML Spy.
- Mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Frans voor communicatie met federale partners is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring in ontwikkelen van functionele ontwerpen en vertalen van zakelijke behoeften.
- Kennis van kost/baten analyse, scopebewaking en user story ontwikkeling.
- Begrip van Agile en Scrum, inclusief sprintplanning en afstemming van Business en IT strategieën.
- Vaardigheid in gebruik van architectuurmodelleringstools en bekend met Agile-methodologieën.
