**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:
- Je profiel:
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een administratieve functie
- Hogere opleiding (Bachelor) in een administratieve richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Aantoonbare ervaring met MS Office pakketten
- Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.
- Je denkt pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht binnen een afgesproken scope.
- Je analyseert defecten en komt met een efficiënte, eenvoudige omschrijving.
- Je bent diplomatisch en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
- Je draagt bij tot een betere samenwerking door informatieuitwisseling met collega's.
- Je kan overweg met de Franse taal (minstens lezen en goed begrijpen).
- Je staat open om multi-inzetbaar te zijn in functie van de evoluerende context en kan makkelijk om met wijzigende omstandigheden.
- Basiskennis van scripting / ontwikkeling is een voordeel
