Position Summary
Reporting to the HRBP you will join the CAE Steenokkerzeel Team and will be primarily responsible for strategic and tactical questions for the Brussels - Central Europe cluster.
Principal Responsibilities
As HR Advisor you have quite some responsibilities:
You are a real puzzler who solves all HR questions.
Recruitment, absenteeism, performance management and global mobility:
you have the solution right up your sleeve.
You support the HR Business Partner who leads the company strategically to the top.
You take a leading role in various projects concerning culture change, leadership development and employee engagement.
In this matrix structure you report as HR Advisor to different people.
- You have completed an education in the field of HRM.
- You can already impress with 2 to 4 years of experience in an allround HR function.
- You are someone who knows how to deal with different interests, cultures and needs.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
- Do you have experience with Workday and Payroll? That is a serious asset
- You like a bit of turbulence and the necessary work pressure motivates you to put your shoulders to the wheel.

Als HR Advisor heb je behoorlijk wat verantwoordelijkheden:
- Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor strategische en tactische vragen voor de cluster Brussel
- Centraal-Europa.
- Jij bent een echte puzzelaar die alle HRvraagstukken oplost.
Recruitment, verzuim, performance management en global mobility:
jij schudt de oplossing zo uit je mouw.
- Je ondersteunt de HR Business Partner die het bedrijf strategisch naar de top leidt.
- Jij neemt een voortrekkersrol in verschillende projecten inzake cultuurverandering, leadership development en employee engagement.
- In deze matrixstructuur rapporteer je als HR Advisor aan verschillende personen.
- Je hebt een opleiding afgerond op het gebied van HRM.
- Je kan reeds indruk maken met 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring in een allround HRfunctie.
- Je bent iemand die van aanpakken weet en houdt hierbij rekening met verschillende belangen, culturen en behoeftes.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Heb jij ervaring met Workday en Payroll? Dat is een serieuze troef
- Je houdt wel van wat turbulentie en de nodige werkdruk motiveert jou om er je schouders onder te zetten.
