Virto Solar ontwikkelt geavanceerde software voor zonne-energiesystemen, zowel voor desktop (Virto.CAD, een plugin voor AutoCAD/BricsCAD) als voor web (Virto.CORE). In het voorjaar van 2023 plannen we ook de lancering van Virto.360. Met onze tools automatiseren we het volledige engineeringproces van grote zonneparken van A tot Z. Denk hierbij aan integraties met innovatieve imaging platforms, API-ontwikkelingen met de voornaamste fabrikanten van montagesystemen in Europa en nog veel meer.
Deze internationale scale-up heeft als doel een** state-of-the-art ecosysteem** te creëren voor engineers in de PV-branche. Kom jij hier mee jouw schouders onder zetten?
**Wat doet een Product Owner bij Virto Solar?**:
- Je maakt uitvoerige analyses van de behoeften van de klant om zo een projectvoorstel op te stellen en te verdedigen bij de klant, samen met de Business Analyst.
- Je bent leidinggevende van het scrum team en draagt operationele verantwoordelijkheid
- Je creëert features en user stories voor en samen met je team.
- Je beheert de backlog en bepaalt mee de prioriteiten om waarde te maximaliseren.
- Je deelt complexe problemen op in slimme MVP's en iteraties.
- Doorheen het ontwikkelingsproces volg je het project mee op als Product Owner en sta je mee in voor kwaliteitsbewaking.
- Je volgt projecten op met onze partners - zitten de scope, het budget, de resources en de timing nog goed? In plaats van je projecten te managen in spreadsheets, ga je resoluut voor een praktische, agile aanpak.
- Je springt in waar nodig en wanneer je expertise het toelaat (analyse, UX, design, development).
**Waar zijn we naar op zoek?**:
- Een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke richting of gelijkwaardig in een relevant vakgebied.
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Product Owner, Product Manager en/of Scrum Master.
- Je hebt ervaring of interesse in hernieuwbare energie, techniek en wetenschap en wil hier meer over leren.
- Je denkt altijd agile, vanaf het moment dat je wakker wordt tot het moment dat je gaat slapen.
- Je kan user stories schrijven en verduidelijken met een mockup.
- Je kan vloeiend communiceren in het Engels en Nederlands.
- Je hebt uitstekende People management skills
- Je bent zowel daadkrachtig als flexibel
