What will you be doing?:
As a project Consultant in our Young Talent Program, you choose a path of personal and professional growth. After our kick-start you will start working as a project consultant supporting and guiding transformation projects at our clients. You review existing processes and structures with a critical eye. You detect bottle necks and think about how these can be eliminated. In addition, you help facilitate changes in the organization and make sure that everyone embraces the transformation.
Each assignment is of a temporary nature. When your assignment ends, a new challenge awaits you. Talking about
variation and a proper challenge You will combine these projects with various trainings to further develop yourself.
