- Je voert diagnoses uit bij technische problemen en bepaalt de juiste oplossingen._
- Je houdt de vinger aan de pols bij nieuwe producten en functionaliteiten en je zorgt ervoor dat het technisch ondersteunend materiaal (o.a. installatiehandleidingen en trainingsdocumentatie) up to date gehouden wordt. _
- Je evalueert ook je of onze installateurs de vereiste productkennis hebben._
- Jouw doel is om de beschikbaarheid van de laadpunten te garanderen en de gebruikerservaring en -tevredenheid te verbeteren._
**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Technische ondersteuning van op afstand (via computersysteem en telefoon) bieden aan gebruikers en partners in de werking van hun laadinfrastructuur
- Zorgen voor een betrouwbare werking van de laadinfrastructuur, zowel residentieel als commercieel
- Diagnosticeren van technische problemen, het analyseren van de oorzaak van problemen, het bepalen en implementeren van de juiste oplossingen met, indien nodig, de steun van het Software & het Embedded Development team
- Rapporteren van problemen aan de collega's van Product Management
- Samen met de verantwoordelijke van de Powerdale Academy zorgen voor het opstellen van een trainingplan van partners en installateurs om de juiste installatie van Powerdale laadapparatuur te garanderen. Deze training omvat installatie, inbedrijfstelling en probleemoplossing
- Documenteren en bijwerken van product FAQ's en procedures voor communicatie naar partners
- Samenwerken met het technische team en informatie delen binnen de organisatie om technische problemen op te lossen
- De eisen van de klant begrijpen en passende aanbevelingen doen
- Positieve relaties met klanten opbouwen
**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**:
- Technisch diploma of getuigschrift in elektriciteit en/of elektronica
- Aantoonbare ervaring als electricien in een buitendienst of in een soortgelijke binnenfunctie (min. 3 jaar) en in een interne technische binnendienst willen werken
- Flexibel ingesteld en je kunnen aanpassen aan veranderende werkdruk
- Schrijfvaardigheid om interventies, procedures en gebruikersondersteuning te documenteren. Vertrouwdheid met de omgeving van elektromobiliteit, kennis van smartphone-toepassingen is een plus
- Kennis van communicatieprotocollen en bereidheid om specifieke IT-toepassingen voor productontwikkeling te leren (linux...)
- IT-kennis: Microsoft Office, kennis van JIRA en Odoo is een grote plus
- Vereiste talen: Nederlands, goed Frans (mondeling en schriftelijk)
