De directie human resources is belast met alle taken die een verband hebben met het personeelsbeheer van de politiezone : aanwerving en mobiliteit, beheer van de loopbanen, organisatie van de arbeidstijd, beheer van de afwezigen en werkongevallen, beheer van de sociale problematieken en dit, in overeenstemming met de verschillende juridische teksten op dit gebied.

De HRM Arbeidsongevallen consulent staat de diensthoofden bij in het optimale personeelsbeheer van de politiezone en in het bijzonder in alles wat te maken heeft met arbeidsongevallen en ongevallen op weg van en naar het werk. Dit gebeurt in samenwerking met het IDPBW (Interne Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk).

Naast de administratieve basistaken van een consulent (niveau B), zal hij/zij belast worden met:

- Het van A tot Z beheren van de verschillende procedures die van kracht zijn binnen de geïntegreerde politie voor het beheer van arbeidsongevallen;
- Het onderhouden en stimuleren van een optimale samenwerking met de verschillende partners op dit gebied, met name de herverzekeraar, het medisch-juridisch bureau (Medex), het IDPBW, enz;
- de analyse, het beheer en de opvolging van de procedures in overeenstemming met de wetgeving van kracht ;
- up-to-date houden van de gegevensbank die het verantwoordelijkheidsgebied bestrijken;
- de directeurs bijstaan met de inplaatsstelling van continu verschillende verbeteringsontwerpen aangaande zijn functioneringsdomein binnen de politiezone, met name op het gebied van toezicht op ziekteverzuim door ongevallen op het werk of op weg van en naar het werk, werkorganisatie en -processen, administratieve vereenvoudiging en digitalisering, enz;,;
- zorgen voor deskundigheid en inzet die nodig zijn in complexe personeelsdossiers alsook in de ontwerpen van de politiezone ;
- deelnemen aan de vergaderingen binnen de directie en binnen de PZ (en elders).

**Beheer van de informatie**:

- regelmatig kennis nemen van de AOZ, van de reglementering en de inlichtingen relevant voor de functie op Portal en Sharepoint en regelmatig deze inlichtingen aan alle medewerkers doorgeven ;
- opstellen van verslagen aan het college en de politieraad met betrekking tot de functie ;
- vergelijken van de inlichtingen inzake de taken van het team en deze meedelen op een transversale, dalende en stijgende wijze tijdens de vergaderingen van de dienst ;
**Beheer van de medewerkers**:

- waken over de operationele coördinatie van een team in samenwerking met zijn directe hiërarchie ;
- zijn directe hiërarchie op de hoogte brengen over de personeelsplanning en het verstandige gebruik van de beschikbare capaciteit van zijn/haar team ;
- signalen en problemen kunnen opsporen en er de hiërarchie over inlichten ;
- deelnemen aan de taken van het management en in het bijzonder aan de motivatie en de coaching van de medewerkers, alsook aan de organisatie van ontwerpen (planning, evaluatie en aanpassing).
