**Your role**
Je streeft naar excellente serviceniveaus voor onze klanten in combinatie met de hoogste efficiëntie voor onze operationele activiteiten. Dit doe je door een efficiënt en klantgericht telefonisch onthaal en onze baantechnici zo efficiënt mogelijk in te plannen.
Voor zowel onze interne als externe klanten ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle onderhoud en herstellings
- werkzaamheden.
Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve service aan klanten die nood hebben aan onderhoud of herstellingen. Dit doe je vanuit onze vestiging te Overijse door een efficiënte planning in elkaar te puzzelen. En je bent bereid deze, indien nodig, nog op het laatste moment bij te sturen.

- Je bent een teamplayer en plant de werkzaamheden steeds in nauw overleg met onze klanten, de regio verantwoordelijke en onze ondersteunende diensten.
- Hou je van afwisseling en kan je je zelfstandig organiseren? Je verzorgt de telefonische eerstelijnshulp aan onze klanten, zowel in het Nederlands als het Frans en je informeert hen spontaan over de planning van interventies. De technici rekenen op jou voor de wisselstukkenbevoorrading.
- Om de specifieke technische eigenschappen van onze producten onder de knie te krijgen, is een technische affiniteit zeker een pluspunt.
- Vlot overweg kunnen met MS Office toepassingen is een must en voorkennis van SAP een pluspunt. Maar het voornaamste is dat je leergierig bent en enthousiast om je de systeemkennis eigen te maken.

**Your role**
Vous aspirez à atteindre d'excellents niveaux de service pour nos clients, tout en assurant une efficacité maximale pour nos activités opérationnelles. Pour ce faire, vous assurez un accueil téléphonique efficace et orienté vers le client et vous planifiez nos techniciens sur le terrain de la manière la plus efficace possible.
Vous êtes, pour nos clients internes et externes, le point de contact central pour tous les travaux de maintenance et de réparation.
Vous fournissez un service de qualité aux clients qui ont besoin d'un entretien ou de réparations. Au bureau à Overijse vous établissez une planification efficace. Et vous êtes prêt à l'ajuster à la dernière minute si nécessaire.
