We are actively looking for a Business Controller for one of our client active in the FMCG industry and located in Brussels outskirts.

By joining this company, you will have the chance to work in an international structure with a family-based environment.


Currently, the structure has another controller based in one of the Mediterranean entity but because of the difference of work culture and the geographic distance, our client needs to integrate someone to be in charge of the Belgian and Luxembourg entities.

You will therefore be the main person in charge of all business controlling matters and you'll become the advisor for the Sales & Marketing departments while closely working with the Managing Director based in Belgium.


Function:

  • Monthly, quarterly and annuel reporting
  • Establishment of the annual review with the Accountant
  • Work in close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing departments and proceed to different calculations for new and existing products
  • Participate in the establishment of the budget and the forecast
  • Carry out different ad hoc analysis on demand of the Board and Managing Director
  • Participate in the implementation of a new ERP system and improvement projects

Profile:

  • Degree in Finance or Economics
  • A first experience as a Controller or Auditor is a must
  • You speak French and English fluently. The knowledge of Dutch is a big plus
  • IT minded, you have already worked with ERP systems and you are very comfortable with Excel
  • Friendly and openminded, you like working in family environments
  • You are known for being someone who dares with a gogetter attitude
  • You are convincing and you're not afraid of being direct when needed
