**Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies**
Als Communication Advisor zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:
- beheren van het communicatieplan voor een belangrijk gewestelijk strategisch programma,
- definiëren en de verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor het communicatieplan onder leiding van de Programmasponsor en in samenwerking met de betrokken medewerkers,
- leiding nemen over de productie van communicatiematerialen tot aan de lancering met interne en externe actoren: evenementen, drukwerk, digitale media, PR,
- garanderen van de uitvoeringsschema's en een correcte opvolging van het budget,
- bijstand geven of instaan voor de copywriting bij het ontwerpen van communicatiematerialen,
- toezicht houden op de opmaak en verspreiding van berichten op de sociale media en de verschillende Paradigm web platformen,
- aansturen van kwaliteitsvolle communicatie van het Programma volgens de indicatoren die werden vastgesteld door het team Change en Communicatie,
- instaan voor de coherentie en de kwaliteit van de woordvoering van Paradigm op een manier die de positionering en het imago ervan versterkt,
- beheren van crisissituaties,
- fungeren als tussenschakel voor de stakeholders van het Programma,
- mensen samenbrengen en iedereen mobiliseren die bij de communicatiedynamiek betrokken zijn.

- beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma hoger onderwijs in de richting communicatie of journalisme,
- hebt idealiter goeie kennis van de publieke sector et van de Brusselse regio,
- hebt kennis in het beheer van één of meerdere CMS (Drupal, Sharepoint, Adobe,),
- hebt een strategische visie en je bent in staat die te delen met je partners en collega's,
- werkt klant
- en resultaatgericht; "make things happen" is jouw attitude,
- bent Nederlandstalig met een goeie kennis van het Frans, bezit overtuigingskracht, bent een uitstekende spreker en beschikt over vertelkunst,
- bent in staat je aan te passen aan complexe omgevingen,
- bent een leidersfiguur en je kan mensen samenbrengen dankzij je relationele talenten,
- bent analytisch ingesteld, werkt stipt en bent veerkrachtig,
- hebt mínimaal 3 jaar beroepservaring in een soortgelijke functie waaronder het beheer van complexe beleidssystemen, het inzicht in strategische uitdagingen, transformatieprojecten,
