SAP ISU FICA Consultant
Must Have:
Excellent Knowledge and Experience in SAP ISU FICA, Payments, Collection process, BRF+, Dunning, Reconcilliation.
- Proposing best fit solution to FICA business squad for existing issues.
- Analyzing and correcting SAP ISU FICA related incidents and tasks on a day to day basis.
- Daily monitoring of batch jobs.
- Providing solutions to job failures with stipulated SLA.
- Providing continuous improvement ideas and implementation of the idea.
- Coordinating with other business squads for issues in scope.
Good to have:
SAP IS-Utilities Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (functional skills)
Development activities in SAP ISU/CRM area.
- Support on SAP incidents and timely resolutions with SLA
- Support on Problem tickets and RCA closure within SLA
- Bring up new continuous improvements collaboration with different functional areas
- Perform optimization activities
- Support on major incidents and crisis
- Do knowledge transitions and cross skilling within the team
