Join our team as a System Engineer, responsible for managing client infrastructure, providing advanced support (L2-L3), and implementing solutions for VMWare, Hyper-V, Office 365, and Azure. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents and service requests according to our processes.
- Execute projects within scope, ensuring technical feasibility and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with technological advancements.
- Develop into a subject matter expert and assist colleagues with complex issues.
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
- Provide technical support to the sales team.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients.
- Be part of the 24x7 support team.
Profile: Bachelor's or master's degree in IT. Fluent in English and Dutch or French (or both). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in creating high-quality documentation and implementation procedures. Detail-oriented with a focus on performance and scalability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Client-focused with a commitment to delivering solutions. Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Ambitious.
Mid-Level Position:
At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer. Proven ability to manage multiple infrastructure and/or End User Computing projects independently.
Junior Position:
Proficiency in some of the following areas: End-user computing, MECM (SCCM), Intune, asset staging, Group Policy, Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange, IIS, VMware, Hyper-V, Office 365, Azure. Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages is a plus. Understanding of ITIL concepts like incident, change, and problem management. Familiarity with backup, monitoring, vulnerability management, and patching tools. Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, subnets, VLANs, load balancing). CCNA certification is a plus. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
