Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Customer Relations Administrator met een passie voor klantencontact voor een groeiende organisatie in Lummen. Klaar voor een nieuwe job waar je nauw kan samenwerken met je collega's? Solliciteer snel als Customer Relations Administrator

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
- Je registreert meldingen van klanten, onderzoekt deze en geeft deze door aan de desbetreffende afdeling. Hierna volg je de meldingen op tot er een oplossing is en de vraag van de klant correct is afgehandeld
- Je maakt **analyses **over de verschillende oorzaken, onderwerpen en aantallen van de meldingen en deelt deze intern
- Je **organiseert meetings** met collega's en zoekt samen naar preventieve oplossingen en verbeteringen
- Je maakt facturen of credietnota's op
- Je volgt de retouren op en zorgt dat deze correct geregistreerd en verwerkt worden

**Profiel**

Zie jij jezelf in aanmerking komen voor als Customer Relations Administrator?
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma en je hebt een eerste ervaring met **klantencontacten**
- Je bent een geboren communicator die ervan houdt om overzicht te brengen in een flow. Denken in oplossingen en hierbij met diverse niveau's overleggen is volledig jouw ding
- Jouw communicatieskills kan je niet alleen in het Nederlands, maar ook in het Engels inzetten. Een derde taal is een plus
- Ervaring met Salesforce en/of SAP is een absolute troef
- Je bent** snel beschikbaar**
