Tétris, a subsidiary of JLL Group, specializes in the design and development of professional work spaces.

What this job involves
You'll manage our Belgian Design & Build team
You'll be responsible for the follow-up of fitting-out and refurbishment projects acting on behalf of our clients.
Your role will include:
management of the team, supervision of our projects, representation of our team externally and internally, responsibility for our profitability.
You'll be an key player in our growth in BelgiumYou have an experience in a similar role and environment and in the team' management.
A degree as interior architect or engineer will be useful
You'll have fluent knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable.
You possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client's representatives, etc.).
You are a team playerYou adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations
