Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Data Business Analyst expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Si vous avez un esprit analytique, une passion pour transformer les données en stratégies rédactionnelles et commerciales et le désir de contribuer à la croissance d'une entreprise digitale et innovante, ce poste est pour vous.
**MISSIONS**
Au sein de l'équipe Marketing et Digital du Soir, vous êtes la personne qui fait le lien entre les données et les besoins de la rédaction, du marketing et du digital.
- Est responsable au sein du Pôle Soir de l'analyse des comportements et usages, de l'analyse des résultats et de la génération d'insight 'abonnés et lecteurs à destination du Marketing, du Digital et de la Rédaction
- Définition et mise en place des plans de tagging afin d'avoir une remontée complète des données tant au sein des sites que des apps
- Définition et mise en place de reportings détaillés et lisibles sur base des besoins de la rédaction, du digital et du marketing.
- Mise en commun des données provenant de différents systèmes et analyses de celles-ci.
- Analyse approfondie des données et des résultats afin de faire remonter les insights et les traduire en actions et recommandations pour le business et la rédaction.
- Gestion des projets liés à la donnée et au reportings
**PROFIL**
- Vous aimez les données et tout le potentiel qui peut en sortir.
- Vous avez 2 à 5 ans d'expérience.
- Vous êtes passionné par le monde des médias et la transformation digitale.
- Vous avez un diplôme en gestion, finance, mathématique ou une expérience en analyse des données.
- Vous maitrisez Google Analytics ou Piano Analytics
- Vous avez une connaissance des logiciels d'analyse de données ou des outils de BI.
- Vous avez une capacité à travailler en mode projet, avec une approche orientée résultats.
- Vous avez un fort esprit d'équipe mais êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome.
