Our mission? Provide CFOs with up-to-date reporting at their fingertips so that they finally trust their data and focus on analyzing the performance of their business.

Launched in 2015 by Hugues Vandepeutte, ex-CFO, the company now has more than 60 employees.

The Main Mission is to ensure coherence with the company vision and proper marketing execution within the team. You'll be part of the management committee. We are looking for a leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.

About the job

  • Develop a vision for the marketing department
  • Develop a marketing strategy for awareness, consideration, and conversion across all marketing channels, mediums, and markets.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing roadmap.
  • Maintain and create the annual marketing budget (including invoice validation).
  • Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Website management: set up new pages and update existing pages.
  • Ensure consistency in our database criteria (list validation, new fields, etc.).
  • Manage CRM and automation (mainly linked to BNP).
  • Review exceptional content or new types of content or responsibilities within the team.
  • Share marketing information with the management team.
  • Follow up on MC topics (e.g., monthly marketing activity updates, etc.).

Management

  • Ensure coherence in marketing actions among team members
  • Coordinate projects and campaigns across team members.
  • Coordinate the team (1on1 meetings, taskrelated questions, etc.).
  • Recruit and onboard new team members.
  • Disseminate important information within the team.
  • Develop a clear and inspiring vision for the marketing team.

Required Profile:

  • Proven 3 to 5 years experiences as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a must
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret KPIs.
  • Experience in team management
  • Indepth knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation, and project management platforms (such as Asana, hubspot).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Autonomy and initiative.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
