Voor Legacio zijn we op zoek naar een jonge dynamische legal counsel voor het team in Vlaanderen. Je hebt alvast 1 tot 5 jaar juridische ervaring, liefst in de materies van het erfrecht en/of familierecht of je hebt sterke interesse in deze materies. Je houdt van menselijk contact, helpt graag en bent op zoek naar een betekenisvolle job.
Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk), kennis van het Frans is een grote plus
Legacio ), een jong, groeiend en dynamisch bedrijf, helpt zijn klanten naar aanleiding van een nalatenschap, op een andere, menselijke en vernieuwende manier, en staat hen bij met raad en daad, bij het regelen van alle erfrechtelijke en andere administratieve verplichtingen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en veelzijdige legal counsel voor het team in Vlaanderen.
De legal counsel is de persoon op wie families kunnen vertrouwen na een overlijden. Zijn/haar rol bestaat erin de volgende taken te vervullen:
- Ondersteuning bieden aan gezinnen door hen te ontmoeten in één van de Legacio kantoren, via videoconferentie of bij hen thuis in uw regio.
- De familie van begin tot eind bij de opvolging begeleiden, voornamelijk op juridisch vlak
- Werken met een administratief medewerker die zorgt voor de administratieve procedures en met een advocaat gespecialiseerd in nalatenschappen.
- Bijdragen aan de verbetering van het digitale platform en de processen.
- Bijdragen aan de groei van het team en de opleiding van nieuwe medewerkers.
- Stakeholder zijn in een ander ad-hoc juridisch project van een groeiende start-up
- Je hebt alvast 1 tot 5 jaar juridische ervaring, liefst in de materie van het erfrecht, familierecht of hebt sterke interesse in deze materies.
- Je hebt ervaring in het omgaan met klanten en hebt je analytische vaardigheden ontwikkeld.
- Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van mondeling en schriftelijk Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans is een grote plus.
- Je praat graag met mensen en je bent ook een goede luisteraar en bent empathisch.
- Je hebt een goed gevoel voor humor en kunt goed luisteren en je inleven.
- Je laat niets aan het toeval over : je werkt gestructureerd en documenteert alles wat je doet.
- Je hebt affiniteit met nieuwe technologieën en je leert graag nieuwe tools te gebruiken.
- Flexibele werktijden: Je kan je werk organiseren zoals je wil, zolang de klanten tevreden zijn. Je kan tot drie dagen per week van thuis uit werken.
