Freelance Business Analyst HR Learning Processes

Voor een zeer gereputeerde speler in de **bankensector** zoeken wij een kandidaat **freelancer** voor een tijdelijke opdracht als **Business Analyst**. Ben jij het communicatieve talent met een stevige interesse in finance?
Momenteel gebruikt de opdrachtgever Cornerstone Learning als LMS om learning & development voor werknemers te organiseren. De opdrachtgever wilt dit systeem nu verrijken met een nieuwe tool.
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **analyseren** van de zakelijke **behoeften** in verband met **learning & development**.
- Je kan de werking en de mogelijkheden van de IT-systemen **Cornerstone** **Learnning** en **Edcast** achterhalen en begrijpen.
- Je stelt **parameters** en in op Cornerstone en Edcast volgens de behoeften van de business.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige **testfase**.
- Je stelt **opleidingsmateriaal** samen en **traint** de belangrijkste **gebruikers**.
- Je bouwt de **brug** tussen de **bedrijfsbehoeften** en de **mogelijkheden** van Edcast.
- Je beheert het **risico**, **kwaliteit** en de **problemen**, die zich tijdens de implementatie voordoen.
**Dit zijn de vereiste kwalificaties**:
- Je beschikt minstens over een **masterdiploma**.
- Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring met **conceptuele** **modelleringstechnieken en -methoden**.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van **MS Office**. Kennis van CSOD Learning en Edcast zijn een enorm pluspunt.
- Je bent bereid om af en toe naar **Parijs** te reizen.
- Je begrijpt work flow processen en je hebt ervaring in een **internationale context**.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend **Nederlands**, **Engels** en **Frans**.
