**Project Lead seveso**. In deze rol begeleid je alle hazops.

**Taken**:

- Opvolging van seveso projecten
- kosten en overloop van de projecten rapporteren aan het management
- Je beheert de status van de 'open curve actions' en rapporteert naar EHS en management
- Je volgt alle kpi's rond risicomanagement op
- Follow-up van de aanwezigheid van het hazop team tijdens hazops vergaderingen
- Je vraagt offertes op voor externe ondersteuning, maakt bestellingen en volgt kosten en WIP op
- Tijdens SEVESO inspectie leg je de aanpak en status uit aan de inspecteurs en beantwoord je inhoudelijke vragen over de hazop waar je verantwoordelijk voor bent
- Je stelt de begroting op voor volgend jaar opstellen (intake, PPD, tot goedkeuring en zorgen dat er een project vrij komt voor komend jaar). Dit project draag je over aan de volgende ingenieur
- Je houdt maandelijks vergaderingen BU leads + EHS en spreekt hen erop aan als dingen niet worden gedaan (tijdelijke maatregelen, curve acties, beschikbaarheid van personen)
- Voorbereiden van intake en PPD voor de acties uit de hazops/systemen + deze presenteren
- Je verdeelt de hazops
- Uitvoeren van (re)engineering van acties die tijdens de hazops zijn gedefinieerd
- Je volgde een Project Management training (idealiter FPX)
- Je kent alles rond risicomanagement (hazops en/of lopa) richtlijnen en kan testen uitvoeren
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan om met de complexiteit van projecten
- Je bent assertief genoeg om achter mensen hun veren te zitten en bent een echte motivator om mensen aan het werk te zetten
- Je hebt de nodige people management vaardigheden
- Je kan om met tegenslagen en weerstand
- Het gaat momenteel over een halftijdse invulling (50%)
