Doel van het werk en toegevoegde waarde

Als vast aanspreekpunt behartig je de belangen van jouw klant op de terminal. Rekening houdend met de commerciële en strategische belangen van de terminal streef je naar een optimale en proactieve serviceverlening met als uiteindelijk doel de klanttevredenheid te borgen en continu te verbeteren.

De CS afdeling is hét uithangbord naar onze klanten. Zij of hij heeft een belangrijke impact in het dagelijks opereren van de terminal en onze relatie met de klanten.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

CUSTOMER INTIMACY

Verantwoordelijk voor het accuraat en servicegericht afhandelen van klantorders gedurende het hele proces (van orderaanname tot de facturatie). Door effectieve communicatie en proactieve afstemming met klanten en andere afdelingen (Operations, Dispatch, Planning, Douane en Sales) alsook externe partijen (o.a. controleurs, vervoerders weg/spoor) ben je in staat klantorders en serviceverzoeken optimaal en resultaatgericht uit te voeren, waardoor de klanttevredenheid positief beïnvloed wordt. In samenwerking met je leidinggevende, Sales en eventueel andere relevante afdelingen zorgdragen voor klantbezoeken (inclusief audits, ORMs,) door middel van een goede voorbereiding, begeleiding de dag zelf en nazorg nadien.

HSSEQ

Naleven van de LBC veiligheidsrichtlijnen en erop toezien dat deze richtlijnen door iedereen in acht worden genomen. Actieve bijdrage leveren aan het reduceren van TRIFR door continu aandacht voor veiligheid en het voorkomen van incidenten. Opstellen en up-to-date houden van klantenfiches en klantengegevens in ERP pakket. Registreren, behandelen en afhandelen van klantenklachten.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en de interne organisatie (spilfunctie) bij de operationele uitvoering van klantorders. Je draagt zorg voor een up-to-date en volledige administratie van klantendossiers en voor alle afgesproken klantenrapporten. Je neemt proactief deel aan de periodieke operationele review meetings (ORMs) met klanten (telefonisch of face-to-face) met als doel afgesproken actiepunten op te volgen en serviceverbeteringen te identificeren en te realiseren. Verantwoordelijk voor evaluatie en implementatie van preventieve maatregelen en procesverbeteringen om problemen en klachten proactief weg te nemen/te doen voorkomen. On-boarding meetings organiseren voor nieuwe klanten.

Back-up taken

Dient samen met collegas uit de afdeling in te staan voor alle klanten. Bij afwezigheid zullen zij back-up zijn voor elkaar.
