We are on the lookout for a skilled Telesales B2B & PAM (Phone Account Management Channel Expert) to join our team at Orange.

• Daily management of Telesales & PAM campaigns
• Monitoring calls & providing coaching
• Tracking KPIs to meet targets
• Communicating effectively within Orange and with external partners
• Analyzing data for cost-efficiency and achieving sales targets
• Proposing improvements to enhance campaign performance
• Representing agents and clients to provide feedback for campaign enhancements
• Taking actions to meet sales targets and budget follow-up

• Customer service background
• Proficiency in tools and systems used in Contact Centers
• Experience in Partner Management
• Telco knowledge is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
