Role Overview

Under the responsibility of the Benelux Country HR Manager, the Junior HR Officer intern will be collaborating to the internship process management for the site (+/- 90 interns / year):

  • Administrative aspects / liaise with the payroll team, etc.
  • Providing relevant information to the managers and interns
  • Onboarding
  • Organize and coordinate campus events for the interns
In addition, you will provide support for the implementation and communication of various HR sites programs and initiatives.

You will take care of the covalent trainings organized via Essenscia

  • Inform via the local newsletter
  • Manage the registrations
You will be following up the organisation of societal actions:

  • Manage a platform where social actions are advertised
  • Communicate internally around the actions and platform
  • Follow up the different actions and initiatives via reportings

Experience/Education

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
  • You have ideally an experience or interest in Human Resources (staffing, learning, HR administration )

  • Teamwork skills with a problemsolving attitude
  • Autonomous
  • Fluent in English and French, Dutch would be of an advantage
The internship is located in Brussels. This internship is to last 6 months.
