What does your day look like?
In the afternoon you talk to one of your local stakeholders who would like to change something about the office.
You ensure that all wishes and requirements are clear and you explain how the request/project will proceed. You already take the first actions that are needed at the office.Later in the afternoon you will work on an information request from CBRE that should be ready later in the week.
At the end of the afternoon you work on administration and financial tasks of the account and you report relevant information to the Regional Facility Manager NL-BE.
You also discuss the points that you have discussed with the local customer.This is what we have to offer you A parttime postion ( minimum 16hours and max 20hours a week)
