Program V&V Designer

- Engage in building the foundations of Alstom Signaling platforms by leading, organizing, and performing verification, integration, and test activities for software, product, and system programs.
- Define and oversee in-house program activities related to Verification, Integration, and Testing, in collaboration with the Signaling team.
- Collaborate with Safety Assurance Manager on V&V strategy to ensure safety targets are met.
- Collaborate with Product Architect on V&V strategy, budget, and schedule.
- Define Program Verification and Validation strategy in the V&V Plan.
- Ensure adherence to reference processes, methods, and tools.
- Organize V&V activity schedule.
- Lead documental verification and reviews.
- Manage full verification and validation of equipment.
- Monitor activities delegated to experts.
- Define testbenches and analysis tools.
- Represent Alstom to customers or partners.
- Manage the Program Verification & Validation Team.
- Ensure independence of verification from design.
- Select and manage subcontractors.
- Manage work packages or WP tasks.
- DQI (Delivery Quality Indicator)
- CPI (Coverage Progress Indicator)
- Cooperation and support to Root Cause Analysis
- Mandatory: Graduated, English proficiency.
- Master degree in engineering or scientific topics.
- Mandatory: Analytical skill, test & integration experience, or system engineering background.
- Knowledge of at least one ADM domain V&V methodology.
- Knowledge of multiple ADM V&V domains.
- Engineering and system background.
- Mínimum 5 years in relevant positions.
- Open-minded.

- Leadership and motivation.
- Writing skills: clarity, rigor, and concision.
