Depuis 2019, IER et Automatic Systems ont réuni leurs activités de traitement des passagers et de leurs bagages, dans un ensemble structuré et cohérent, afin d'apporter des solutions de libre-service robustes et innovantes à destination des administrations publiques, des réseaux de transport terrestre, des aéroports et compagnies aériennes pour créer la Business Unit EASIER.

**Fonction**:

- Gestion des Projets Avant Ventes

Vous êtes chargé de coordonner et réaliser les propositions techniques et financières lors des appels d'offres auxquels Easier participe, à savoir:

- Définir la stratégie et la solution à proposer en fonction du contexte de l'appel d'offre en collaboration avec les équipes techniques
- Chiffrer la solution et l'établissement des propositions techniques et financières en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales
- Supporter l'équipe commerciale lors des visites chez le client sur des questions techniques
- Gestion d'un portefeuille produits

Vous êtes chargé de participer à la gestion de notre gamme de produits de contrôle d'accès ou d'automates de distribution, kiosques pour les marchés du transport publique, aérien, postal, et de développer de nouveaux produits en respectant la méthodologie de la gestion de projet.
- Identifier les opportunités pour des nouveaux produits ou pour des améliorations fonctionnelles (contribuer à la veille concurrentielle et réaliser les benchmarks produits)
- Traduire les besoins d'un cahier des charges technique à destination des équipes de développement et du service achat
- Etablir un planning à destination interne et veiller à l'efficience des réunions en rédigeant les comptes-rendus et en assurant le suivi des plans d'actions définis
- Collaborer avec les bureaux d'études sur les choix des solutions retenues

**Profil**:

- Formation supérieure technique (Ingénieur industriel, civil, etc.) ou équivalence par expérience
- Expérience de minimum 3 ans en gestion de projets techniques ou en gestion de projets d'avant-vente
- Maitrise de l'anglais et du français (C1 min.), la connaissance de l'espagnol est un plus
