Requirements:

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Strongly collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate business processes, anticipate & identify requirements and gaps/areas for improvement
  • Support to prioritize & formalize user requirements based on business needs
  • Ensure the proper transmission and translation of the requirements to the rest of the team
  • Analyse data and translate it into smart and efficient opportunities
  • Provide and/or consolidate the factual and/or statistical information of analyses to support operational and strategic decision making
  • Coordinate to define & propose common way forward, and drive for alignment when there are discrepancies/divergences

Experience, Knowledge & Soft Skill Requirements

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Relevant working experience as analyst and project management, knowhow of process design and information flows.
  • Ideally, having gained 13 years within pharmaceutical or supply chain Industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problemsolving approach.
  • Change management: basic knowledge of project and change management methodology is a strong plus

Soft skills

  • Strong communication skills & stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem solving approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Design thinking / out of the box thinking to explore directions for solutions.
