Projecten waar wij aan werken? Bij ons kan je een portefeuille verwachten van zowel kleinere als grote projecten. In het verleden mochten wij volgende projecten met succes afwerken: Pfizer, TUI Airlines, UZ Leuven, het MAS etc.
**Hoe zal jouw dag eruit zien?**
- je neemt actief deel aan de teammeetings
- samen met jouw collega's (tekenaars, project managers, Operational Manager en de Departement Manager) bespreek je de lopende projecten ter opvolging
- je capteert het verhaal achter een project: Wat is het doel? Waar wil de klant naartoe? Hoe gaan we dit realiseren?
- je bezoekt onze partners & klanten en bent vaak op de baan
- je bouwt partnerships op met de klant (farmer)
- je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten (hunter)
- je stelt projecten voor bij de klant, je negotieert en bespreekt de offertes en prijzen
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen portefeuille. Er wordt verwacht dat je bemiddelt tussen de verschillende partijen
- planning, organisatie en het bestellen van de materialen behoren tot jouw takenpakket
- je volgt de projecten van A tot Z op
- je zorgt dat het project tot een goed einde wordt gebracht en bouwt zo een langetermijnrelatie op met de klant
**Ben jij DE persoon om de groei van ons team mee te realiseren?**
- je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een bachelor elektromechanica of master industrieel/bouwkundig ingenieur; of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- je hebt ervaring in de HVAC-wereld
- de structuur van een gebouw kent geen geheimen voor jou (ruimtelijk inzicht)
- je beschikt over voldoende assertiviteit en bent vlot in communiceren
- je bent proactief en weet van aanpakken
- in contact staan met mensen is voor jou belangrijk. Je zal in direct contact staan met collega's, externe partners, klanten en onderaannemers
- je bent een realist, eerlijk en een doener
- meerdere kleine en grote projecten afhandelen binnen eenzelfde termijn schrikt jou niet af
- je bent commercieel ingesteld
- je bent van nature een doorzetter
- je hebt de ambitie om door te groeien (op termijn)
- je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je uit slag trekken in het Frans en Engels
